• say why you are unable to go

Dear Fabio,

I’m writing this letter to tell you about an upcoming concert for Guns and Roses. I actually got two tickets for it, however I don’t think I can make it.

First of all as you know, this would be the band’s last world tour together, as thy decided to split up. Given how legendary they are in Rock genre, I couldn’t help but buy an early bird tickets. Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it, as I have a tight deadline for the project I am working on. And to complicate things more, delivery conference will be held for two days, where the first night will be the night they will be performing.

It will be happening next Wednesday, I know that you are free on weekdays, also I know that you wouldn’t miss such event. So I am actually attaching both tickets along with this letter, you will find them clipped behind.
