For people from various nations, being able to buy a house is way more necessary to them than staying in a rented one. They are keen to own their place of resident, which is something that can be understood. Backed by a couple of motives which I am going to discuss in this essay. Also I will demonstrate how this kind of mind set can be used to create a positive conditions.

Throughout history, all civilizations where focused on acquiring more land, which meant a bigger home in their minds. This idea develops in every individual human being, and having this home indefinitely rather than constantly paying for it and maybe eventually leave it, is crucial point for this instinct to be fulfilled. Such behaviour in humans, stems from their biological development during all these years, maybe the process of buying or renting a house differ but the concept is the same all the time.

This tells us that such behaviour is in us, and instead of looking down at it, and preventing others from achieving it. We should be trying to deal with it in a positive way in order to create best possible circumstances. What I mean by that is, since we understand that most people are functioning in this way, we can see clearly how when such an option of buying a house is facilitated to people more than renting is leaving a beneficial outcome for those countries doing so. Reflected with a beautiful architecture.

Given this point of view, I believe that we should be more supportive to let people own their houses, especially after knowing that it is something that nearly all people are constantly thinking about it.

Day by day, people are using their computers to read rather than the old fashion books. They find it easy to access the digital form of written materials over printed ones, due to various reasons I will be discussing. However, One key element to such preferential is the fact that most of the time accessing online information is free of charge. But this is not something constant and I will be showing how it will be changing in the upcoming time.

The online presence in modern literature is evident, and people are preferring to read by looking at their screens instead of relying on physical papers. Some uses the fact that nowadays we realized, papers is something not only expensive on us, but also to our environment around us. On top of that, acquiring a book or a magazine online is only a click away, in which the same applies for publishing one. Also, after reading a printed book, keeping it might take some thinking, as you will need to maintain space for it which can grow rapidly after years of reading.

Most of these online platforms where people usually go to in order to get hold of new books, are in fact free. Yet nowadays they are all getting updated, by adding payment gateways into them, so people are charged as they are accessing written materials. The good part, is that these platforms are not charging the same cost for the printed form. Instead digital books are much cheaper than printed ones, this way the writer will also be able to get something in return for the effort spent in producing these written medias.

That alone gives us enough reasons to understand that reading a digital book is the new norm, but we should be more adaptive to paying for this media, as it will not stay for free forever.
