I am writing this letter, hoping that you would be able to publish an advertisement in your newspaper. It is about a room in my house that I would like to rent out to a student.

My appartement is located on a near by distance from the local university. It is fully furnished house, with 4 bedrooms and two toilets. All general utilities are available for sharing, like washing machine, microwave and fridge. Apart from that, the room itself is equipped with a studying desk, wardrobe and bed. Im hoping to find a student as a tenant. Given the location and facilities of the house, and on top of that the other room is already occupied by a student.

I’m wondering if it will be possible to post this advert before the beginning of the next semester, that is on the next month. So any time during this month will do. Once its confirmed, will it be possible for me to pay the fee as bank wire transfer?
